i was looking at getting a volt and amp meter for my car but for one i dont really know the difference and i was also dont know what either meters should be reading. i have all new speaker, a radio, subs, with two amps. any help would be appreciated
Volts should always be more or less 12 in a car. When it is on its usually 14 and if its off it should be 12 or just a little under. You shouldn't need an amp meter for much in your car. I would just get a multimeter though so you can do work in your car and your house/appt.
