i have two front 4" door speakers and two rear 6 1/2 deck speakers.
i had to unhook the rear ones because when i balance-fade more to the subwoofer the back ones were getting to loud along with the subwoofer. the problem is the rear speakers seem to be welded to the rear fader also. i don't like rear speakers as it takes away sound stage from the front.
i wanna add a new head unit and make a custom square kick panel and put two small 3 1/2" full range speakers side by side in the middle of my dash"s cubby hole its got and keep the ones on the door. will this sound good as ill have front and rear all up front.
how can i get past this balance issue?. or should i just unhook the rears all together and forget about bringing the rears to the front?. has anyone tried front and rear speakers all up front?. even if i move all 4 speakers up front theres still the issue with the back speakers getting to loud. is there any kind of fader i need to fix this?.
i already have an equalizer running but it only adjusts the highs and dosent have a back fader.
i looked. theres no way to adjust. theres only fade to front-fade to back option.
the back speakers and sub are on the same adjust thing together. 8(
