Car audio set up for a 98 mercedes ML 320?

if you are going for bass an inexpensive amp is the Directed 600d they are awesome i have it and i can compete it against the rockford fosgate amps. the amp i pick up a year ago on ebay for under 100.00 it was a good investment it is pretty in expensive for a 1200 peak amp.
 
I need help finding a decent set up for my car. I have all the stock speakers and deck. Will buy amplifier if necessary. Alpine speakers would be best for me to buy. Front speaker size 6.5 depth 3.5, front tweeter size 1 depth 1 and rear speaker size 5.25 depth 3.5. Any help is appreciated!!
