I had a 2006 Chrysler Sebring sedan. The factory radio in that car was AMAZING! Like hurt your chest vibration from the stock speakers. I'm pretty sure it had 5x7" speakers in the front doors and 6x9" in the Back. Like I stated before IMMACULATE SOUND! My brother crashed that car and I just recently got a 2010 Dodge Avenger SXT. The radio in that SUCKS! The speakers barley vibrate at all. And it looses bass after volume 18. It goes up to 38. It sounds decent when the volume is low but when I crank it it fades. Is it because of the cold, or is this just the way the stereo is? Btw, I LOVE LOUD MUSIC, LOUD BASS, LOUD EVERYTHING. I can't afford a new stereo system and it would void my warranty.
The question is does the stereo in my avenger sound like crap because of the cold (Speakers Frozen) or is it supposed to have weak un enjoyable sound?
