Car audio question, which amp to use with Pyle Blue Thunder 1000W subs.?

I have 2 1000 Watt Pyle Blue Lightning subs (10")
one MTX Blue Thunder Pro 50x2 Amp and one Sony-XM-2200GTX amp

I was wondering which amp is better to use, and should i bridge the subs or connect separately (i believe i should bridge them and use the sony).

I was also wondering what are the ideal settings on the amps for the subs if any one knows?
