Car audio question. Need help with sub issue?

A litlle while ago my subs cut out. If you put your hand on the cone you can feel slight vibrations but nothing strong. We have virtually changed everything. New deck new amp new wiring kit changed power and remote. amp shows it is on and we have tried different subs that work and still the same issue. what can be done to fix this. Thank you
