I was trying to install an amp with my friend today, I didn't ground the wire yet...don't know what to ground it to. I have an 89 mustang. So, i unhooked my cd deck...a complete mess and I didn't know where to put my remote turn on wire for my amp..so i shoved it in the harness...my interior lights went off and my car wouldn't start. I had my friend jump it and its starting fine...But my stereo won't turn on, and neither will interior lights. My power locks work though. Do you think its a blown fuse? I have a kenwood deck...and where am i supposed to put the remote wire for my amp?
I'm not sure...I havn't tested my horn
and on the surface, is that under the carpetting? or what?
lol. my back seats are out and are replaced with a body kit. FAIL. it holds my subs and stuff back there.
ALSO, benj. I see that wire........but.....it is a short little wire in my harness that looks like it was pulled off from the old wiring. How would I go about removing the old short piece of wire from the harness?
