car audio problems popping noises and whining?

I installed a complete audio system in my daughters 01 Honda Accord.. There is whining noises and popping during changing songs or radio stations..or just randomly..sometimes the bass comes on and pounds...sometimes it goes away and there is no bass at all..can anyone help me out??
 
if you run your power and remote cables next to your rca/signal cables then thats prolly your prob. Another thing that could be causing the problem is your grounding wire being to long, not thick enough, and/or not grounded properly (sand away any paint so its on bare metal. Make sure its of thick gauge wire and very short. under a foot is best.) same with your power wire. Make sure its thick enough. if your running wire to the trunk, 8 gauge wire is the smallest id go.
