Ok here we go, i have a alpine head unit, and 2 pyle blue label subs, and an amp. Now one day i was driving and boom my subs stopped suddenly, but the other speakers still played. assuming the subs blew, i tried them on a friends car and they were perfect. i checked alll the wires, double checked then triple checked them. the subs were being powered by a pyramid 600 watt amp, but i figured if its not the sub it has to be the amp so i purchased a brand new hifonics 2010 1000 watt amp plugged it in... still nothing. im running out of ideas and need help.
i have tried putting other speakers on the wires going to the sub, no sound. the HU is old but idk if the outputs could have gone bad. ill go make sure the wire is very well grounded. and check for a fuse on the amp if their is one
