Well, im not sure exactly what model you are speaking of, but generally, all alpine products are very good quality---you cant go wrong.
Be aware, 4 channel amps are not very ideal for subs. Mono and 2 channel amps are much better choices.
Also, you have to match the impedance or "ohms" of the woofer to the amp... since different amps make different power at different ohms, and also, some are not stable at lower impedances.
