Car Audio Install on 2003 Toyota Corolla?

Looking to install an amp and sub and keeping stock deck. Will upgrade later. What are the necessary wiring peripherals for install. Looking to spend around $500-600. Anyone know around how much install for something like this should be? I know I will need a line output converter. I want to price everything before I go and buy.
