I'm planning on buying a system for my 05 Grand Am, but i have a few questions.
I would like to have 2 Alpine Type-R 12" Subs in it. Im interested in purchasing this 1000 watt alpine m1000 amp (http://www.amazon.com/Alpine-M1000-MRP-M1000-Amplifier-1-channel/dp/B00142FJRC/ref=lh_ni_t_) but would that power two of these 500 watt Type-R 12's? ALSO, would this amp interfere with the stock alternator in my grand am?
and, what gauge wire will it require
