I just installed a new stereo system in my car, including a new battery terminal, new in-line fuse, new head unit, however, I went cheap on the amp and bought a used one from my cousin...everything works except for the fact that my capacitor won't stay on and my amp won't turn on at all, resulting with the subwoofer not working, I checked all the positives and grounds, they are all good...the only thing i'm not sure about is that I spliced my remote wire from the factory amp and ran a remote wire to the aftermarket amp. Do I just have a P.O.S amp? Please Help!
