Hey everyone, i am installling 2 clarion amps, an APX4240 and a DPX1800 into my car, the APX4240 has 2 30A Fuses in it and the DPX1800 has 3 30A Fuses in it. My plan is to put a 125A ANL Fuse under the hood by the battery and at the fused distribution block, have 2 25A AGU Fuses. My question is, does that sounds good, does it sound right, or should i chuck the fused distribution block and get a nonfused one and just put a 150A ANL fuse at the battery?
I don't think it makes a difference, but just in case i'll also add, the wire from the battery to the fused distribution block is 4 Gauge, and from the block to the amps are 8 Gauge. Any help would be great, thank you in advance.
