Car audio battery question (10 points)?

i was wondering if i can buy a spare battery for my subs and just put it where my spare tire is ... I just dont know is that all it needs to power them or do i need other electrical things .. or do all i need to power them is that extra battery and then run the other coord to my headunit ... I dont know even if i need a spare battery i am just assuming i will with a 1500 watt system in a 2009 scion tc .. what do you think??
 
what you need is a yellow top optima and a upgraded alternator with a monster cable capacitor thats doing it the correct way. you will end up burning up your stock alternator. find a auto electical place they will beef up your stock alternator. Battery in the trunk is not a good idea unless you pay alot of money to have it hooked to your alternator and then again you would need a beefy one to be able to charge both batteries.
