I just got a new 1501d installed professionally with a battery and my amp continues to go into short mode (cut out) when i listen to any constant beat. The ground is a self tapped ground directly into the sheet medal of the car. Now what worries me with the install is the battery and the amp is grounded to the same spot. The amp using as much juice as it does it pulls so much power out during constant beats that ground can not get the power to the amp fast enough so the amp shuts off. CORRECT ME IF IM WRONG! Please tell me its a simple fix like separating the grounds Spend to much money for any bad news
