Car amp wont turn off! even with out remotewire! its a KICKER ZX200.2 please help?

all wired correctly
and i dont wanna ship it back!
it works fine but wont turn off!
Yes i have a fuse going from batter to amp
 
ooooooooooooo...ok do you have a breaker or a fuse holder before u hook it to ur battery if not thats why go and get a breaker or a fuse holder..if u got it goin straight to ur battery its gonna stay on man get a 80Amp fuse holder
 
the remote wire is to turn it on and off its hook to the battery and always has power so hook the remote to the head unit remote wire if that dont work use a toggle switch
