This is not an oil problem, at least not with the engine.
This sounds like a transmission problem or maybe the selection of the wrong gear if you drive a manual.
So unless they worked on the transmission you can not blame the shop.
I might be wrong on this, take it to a professional.
 
i have a 2000 accent and somehow the oil shop(not the previous owner) mess up the car so now it bogs whenever we drove it. Then they charged the prev. owner 500 to fix it. 1st isn't that illegal because they broke a car that worked perfect before a oil change and what could cause a car to now bog out so bad that if you even try to go over 1,500 rpm it bogs.

to go on the freeway i have to get momentum and then full on gas it(the ecu only lets it go really fast or slow). otherwise it bogs out or just goes slow. i redid oil and it got a lil better. redid sparks.
yes i can blame shop. how does a car only brake after a oil change??? it worked perfect before that and now it continues braking. thats the shop.

doesnt mean they did anything something could of happened when they put it on the hoist or something i cant see a car bogging from an oil change
