I have an 88 Cutlass Supreme with an alarm. When the alarm is set, the light blinks. When it isn't set, the indicator light shouldn't be on. But today all of the sudden it is solid red and won't turn off, which it usually only does when a door is opened. The alarm light turns off only when I;ve started up the car now. I'm afraid the light being on will kill my battery. Will this cause my battery to die or not, and how can I turn off the light?
