I was backed up into another person's car, on private property. the cops was called not scratch was on my vehicle, and the person's hood was dented, the headlight wasn't busted just a DENT in the hood! when the cops came he asked if anyone was hurt! the driver said and the passenger that was in the front seat also said she was fine. now today my insurance told me that the passenger that was in the car was injured. and wants to sue me! if she was hurt why didn't they just said so when the cops asked? can they get any money from me? I'm so lost about whats going to happen???? HELP??
