okay my friend got into a car accident a week ago. he was coming down a road and the car in front of him was making a left hand turn so my friend hit his brakes but they didn't work so he swerved and did a 90 degree angle and a dodge charger coming from the opposite direction smashed right into my friends passenger side door.. basically T-boned him. both cars were totaled.
so now the owner of the charger is saying that he is going to sue my friend and has made threats but what can he sue him for? it was complete accident. i don't know much about all this so any info would be helpful so my friend can prepare for the worst.
