Hello guys,
I was in a car accident about 1 year ago today with a geico policy holder and it was 100% his fault, geico accepted responsibilty. It caused 8000$ damage to my car and I also went to the ER at the time of accident. I was also getting physical theraphy for over 7 months and seeing a orthopedic. I had a attorney almost 1 year ago and he still has not settled my case. He had recieved my doctors final evaluation bout my condition almost 5 weeks ago. Does it take this long for GEICO to make settlement????
