CAR Accident! I have bad credit cant get a new car HELP ME?

i dont know what to do by this point we got into an accident 100 percent the other partys fault for not yeilding at a stop sign. me and my husband have horrible credit do to being in the military and abrutbly getting out, we can not afford another car yet i will be laid off if i do NOT get a car i still have the rental car, i pay 800 dollars a month for it just because i cant get financed even for a 2,000 car! they are covered 100% by state farm, but they are doing nothing...i have the money but i cant do the transition even for a 400 car i only make enough to pay for this rental car so now we are stuck if i go 2 days without the car i loose my job. what can i do we have paid already 2,700 dollars in two months to enterprise will i be reimburesed or can I fight to be reimbursed this was not my fault i am now in a situation i have NO WAY OUT OF my husband also has a slip disk in his back and spine out of whack... we got GRUBER law offices but they dont even help us at all or answer our questions what are my optons if there are any? police report stated 100% thier fault my husband is 20 and im only 21 my life is gone alreay because of this
