I was in involved in a car accident. I have a 2009 Honda Civic and someone ran through a red light and hit my car on the driver side.
Other guy's car ran into my left side fender and tire. In result, front left tire bent inward, left side fender and front bumper damaged, left headlight broken and left side air bag popped out.
After all the talk and estimate, bill to fix my car came to $9000 (with all Honda OEM parts) which other guy's insurance paying for it.
My concern is that even though car will be fixed but I will loose the value of the car if I want to trade in or sell in the future. Also, the fear what if something breaks in the car in future after the repair.
Can I do something about my car's value with other guy's insurance or I have to live with it?
