Car accident and days later has stopped eating...?

I had quite severe accident where I rolled my car the Saturday that has just passed. My dog was in the back, unrestrained at the time. Immediately and the day after she seemed to be 100%.

She generally has meat every second night and biscuits in between. Sunday night she had meat and was fine. Monday night had meat again and woke me up at 4am throwing up. I wasn't too worried then as she has done this before from swallowing pieces that are too big to digest. Tuesday night she had biscuits and barely touched them. Then last night, I tried meat again and she didn't touch it. I tried her on leftover spaghetti bol this morning and still not interested. This isn't normal for my dog at all as she LOVES her food. She seems fine otherwise.

Does anybody know what might be going on?? Shock perhaps?? Should I take her to the vet asap??
Bonzie12... I am 8 and a half months pregnant. I've spent hours upon hours in the hospital making sure me and baby are ok.

I'm not a vet, but, your dog could have some internal injuries. You didn't say if she seems "stoved up" or showing any pain. It would probably be a good idea to have your dog checked out by a vet. This could really be something serious. Hope poochie will be fine. :}

Since you didn't take her immediately after the accident, I'd take her to the vet pronto. she may have sufferent internal injuries in the accident and needs to be checked over now. I can't believe you didn't take her to the vet after the accident happened. if you rolled the car and she was unrestrained in the car, can you imagine what she must have gone through!

I would say way overdue and vet immediately. Obviously, if it wasn't for the accident, these could be a tummy upset, but vomiting is a sign of head injuries, and if she was unrestrained in a severe accident, that's not a stretch of the imagination. Please take her now. Hopefully, they're not related, but if they are, you'll regret it if you don't get her seen in time. Good luck!
