I was in a car accident today- a semi cut me off without signalling and slammed into my Cadillac Escalade, I have a sprained wrist and minor cuts and bruises, im so scared im still shaking, Im 4 weeks pregnant and im really scared something could have happened to the baby.. what do I do??.. I have a doctors appointment tomorrow
