my friend was driving his car and the light turned yellow so he started slowing down, then all of a sudden it started just jumping and started driving really fast and the brake wouldnt work he was slamming on the break and it wouldnt work and kept going faster..why did that happen and what do you do if that happens? is this a freak situation? why did this happen? its a 2004 dodge neon...
