i'm 19 and i got in a accident yesterday.
i was at a two-way intersection. the person that hit me had a stop sign and i didn't. when i was crossing the intersection, he shot out. he didn't even try to stop and just ran into my front left bumper.
i was in my mom's car with a licensed driver over the age of 18 like my permit says. i just wasn't with my mom, but she knew i had the car. her coworkers are saying i can get in trouble because i don't have a license or insurance. is that even possible? plus, what permit driver needs insurance? it doesn't make sense!
my mom has farmers insurance.
is there anyway i can get in trouble for this?
