Capacity calculation & Overhead absorption ,apportionment?

i am working in a pharma (formulation) co in India.We hv four lines 1)Tablets &capsules 2)SVP(ampoule's & Vials) 3)Dry powder Injectibles 4)Cartridges.Could any body provide some inputs & strategy for capacity cal of 4 lines . We would like to know also overhead absorption also ?
