A cap may help, as well as a deep cycle battery or "the big 3" but the only thing that will truly make a difference is upgrading your alternator to a high amperage one.
no way, i had a 2000w monoblock amp with 2 12s. my lights dimmed and i didnt have a cap... u should be just fine... u might need an alternator tho, only if ur battery dies.
