Can anyone please tell me how I can get SST Gold Toolbox Professional 5.32 to work. cant unlock Siemens CX65 or where to get alternate software that will work.

if its Lower version SST 5.32 can help U but..if Higher version Use the Papuas and The Solution is posted Many Times on Forum...Search for TP or Non TP both Solution Exists...
To check ur Version type *#06# and then press more Button to See All INFO

No your version is good. Do you have appropriate cable for unlock ? If yes just try Papua Utils solution.
