...if its from tv or movie? im thinking of this movie. for the life of me cant think of the title or the actor(s).
but there is a guy whos trying to cross a country border (i think america to Mexico not sure). he has a black bag full of money and obviously cant cross the border with it. so he throws it over a bridge nearby into some bush land crosses the border does what he has to do then comes back and gets the bag.
