Can't sms with E61 over Cingular

I just bought the e61 and I can't sms; have Msg centre name as SMS Settings and Msg centre number as +13123149810. Can anyone help me get this resolved? I need to download the data settings from Nokia...

I'm having the same problem on the Rogers network. I just got the E61 and did the automatic settings wizard and everything seems to be operating fine, except for the SMS; I just can send a message. Anyone know what needs to be done to get this fixed?
