Can't sleep, parents having sex?

A while ago, I heard my parents having sex. The first time I heard, I screamed at them. I heard them again, and also saw some posts by my mums friends on f/book relating to "hump day". Now, I can't sleep, every noise I hear wakes me up and makes me paranoid, I'm getting so grumpy in the day and stuf.... I really don't want to talk to them.

HELP
for fuck sake. i am happy they can lead a normal life, but it's not something a 14 year old wants to hear!
