can't remove battery cover from mobile phone....Help? ive been trying for weeks...?

i have a samsung f400 and i got it around christmas time.
the battery is loose inside and it is causing problems liek turning my phone on and off.
ive tried, the instruction sheet didnt say much, just to slide it down to get it off.. ive done that but theres a camera in the way at the back.
my friend done it before but shes away and i cnt find anyone else who knows how to.
any help?
 
Maybe theres like something you gotta press or something if you cant figure it out then just take it in to the store they'll be more than happy to help you.
 
Take it back to the shop you bought it from and explain the problem, don't be embarrassed as many people have a problem with this. If it's not possible to go back to where you bought it any half-decent mobile phone shop would be glad to help a future customer.
