I need help finding a book. I remember I read it a while ago (a few years ago,) and I cannot, for the life of me, remember what it's called. I checked my house and my dad's house and it's not there. The best way I can describe it, because I can't remember ANYTHING about it is that it's like a coming of age novel, about two girls who are friends, one of them is going back to college after break, and the other is trying to be an actress, but she follows her friend to college and gets involved in some cult-like group, but it turns out they aren't a cult.. the cover had two blonde girls on it, and the book I think was probably written in 1985 or something; I can't remember the title or author, but the title was something like "On our own" or something, I honestly can't remember. That's all the information I have, can anyone help me?
