can't recieve email!

I own an 8700G with a TMO family plan. Over this last weekend my account was suspended for a day (cuz SOMEONE can't pay a certain bill on time). And ever since I got my service back I haven't been able to receive any emails to my @TMO.blackberry.com account. I can send just not receive. Any ideas?

Are the emails being sent to tmo.blackberry.COM or tmo.blackberry.NET? The .net address is the one that will work. I don't think .com will get it there.
 
Oh yeah, .net sorry! I checked and I'm not too sure on how to resend my service books or re-register with the system. I'm sorry I'm acting so lost here but I've never had trouble like this before. It's becoming a real pain in the ***!

You can do it one of 3 ways. Go to options -> advanced options -> host routing table -> then click and go to register now.
Or with tmo, I know, you can use the quicklink from the browser and go to setup internet email, then go to service books and resend.
You can also log-in to my t-mobile and send them from the website.
 
I was having the same problem today, not for billing issues but, according to T-mobile MY bb got stuck on some loop. they suggested turn off my wireless, then turn it back on. I did that and e-mail came flooing in.
