Can't receive texts from sprint

Yeah, i can send them and they get them but when they reply i get nothing.
I can text everyone else fine, its just sprint. I've tried the *228 thing and that didn't help either.
please help:(
 
I would contact your cell phone provider for tech support. There are codes that may be wrong and have to be updated in your phone. Usually they check all the settings with you. And there are some that they will do themselves that they can see from their end. On occasion there has been reasons they may suggest you reset your phone and that works for correcting a variety of problems. :p
