Can't open a picture in Paint Tool SAI help?

Okay, so I'm trying to open this "ref" pic in my paint tool SAI so I could draw it. (like an Avi Art or something) but when I clicked Open (or Ctrl+ O) an error pops up saying "Folder not exist or acces denied" then the [open] folder appears but when i tried to "open" it the error pops up again and i can't open the image at all. I need to stop this as soon as possible because I need manga pages to do!! x__x (manga = japanese comics. just a quick FYI. I'm trying to make my own manga series, see :3) so any help about this would be greatly appreciated! >_<;; i would also love to show a screen shot of it if you want me to. Just feel free to mail me anytime T w T thank youuuu

I am having the same problem, but I can't find any good answers ANYWHERE :/ And I have the full version, not the trial, so nobody answer with that T_T
