Dixieland Delight

I have a really old house. Our kitchen has 4 doors, but we really don't need that many. We would like to wall one of the doors in to add counter space, but we cant match the aluminum siding. The area we need to wall in is very small, only about 10' x 4' and it leads to a tiny back porch area. Does anybody have any ideas for anything we can do in place of the area that wouldn't look tacky? Thanks!
