Can't login to BIS on My T-Mobile!

I just logged onto the T-Mobile site to try to update some of my BlackBerry options, and can't get into the setup for my email!

I get the following message:

Try using the personal email setup icon on your blackberry.

Sometimes it's down. Also maybe clear your cache and try again? Or just wait it out.

Cleared my cache and I'm still unable to get in. I'll wait until tomorrow and try again. (I just wanted to update my email signature)

can't you do that from the BB with the Personal Email Setup icon?

From the BB, I could see how to change everything but my signature. :-(



I actually have narrowed down the problem with My T-Mobile to Firefox! I'm running Firefox 2.0.0.3, and for some reason My T-Mobile isn't giving me the option to go into BIS. I tried with Internet Explorer 7, and everything works fine, and I can login to BIS. Very strange, because everything worked fine until recently.

I just had the exact same prob. on FF told me I could not access.
went to email setup on the BB it gives you the option to resend svc books, resent svc books got all the usual messages then logged back in to tmobile on pc and no prob. that's odd

If you call BB support with t-mobile, they will get a RIM person on the phone who can release the information and fix the problem.
