Can't install Photoshop?

Recently i've been downloading a bunch of crap and I got tired of uninstalling this install that etc. I used a system restore (2 times) and I didn't install PS at that time. I tired installing it again but it said "Adobe cannot install Adobe Bridge and PS". I looked all over my computer looking for any PS and Adobe scraps to dump into the trash bin. I tried it again and the same things happened. Was I suppose to delete the System Restore point to delete all the saved data including the PS files?

You need to remove the registry entries associated with that program. That's how the computer tells what programs are still installed. Uninstalling PS means the program uninstalls the registry entries during the uninstall. If you just deleted the folder from your Program Files folder, that won't have done it.
