Can't install Applications to nokia 6265i!!!!!

Ok guys I figured out my other problem myself but I need help with this problem! When I use pcsuite and try to install apps I can't!! My phone shows up grey and I can't click it so I can install apps. Anyway I can fix this with diego or anything?

Not sure how to help. Is there an 800 number that you can call to work out "how to" questions with an operator?
