Can't install adobe flash player?

im trying to get my adobe flash player to install but everytime it says the installation has failed. I checked all my secruity stuff and advanced options, everything is where it should be. What am i doing wrong? please help
 
If you are trying to install it through a web browser, don't. If you download it to the hard drive and try to install it, there may already be files and a folder for it that interferes with the installation.
