is ur nuraber ported? if so... that's why lol best thing to do is to stop in a corp store and request they file a help desk ticket which will fix your problem in about 3-5 days...make sure to have examples of the nurabers youre trying to send/rcv to/from and what carriers they are with - if you get a good rep they should ask but make sure to tell them that your nuraber is ported and that they include that in on the tck ALONG WITH THE EXAMPLES OF THE NUrabERS, i filled 8 tickets on monday and forgot examples, and looked like a durab *** calling all my customers back cuz their tck was rejected cuz im a ******* haha ... @ least in milwaukee, ALL ported nurabers are having issues with sms and mms so dont feel bad lol
 
Yep, can't send from my BB 7290 to CricKet...weird. I've not had any problems with MMS sent from other carriers or email over the three weeks I've been a subscriber.

Call CS or wait?
 
i have tmobile and cricket (and all my frienRAB and family are on either t-mobile verizon or att) and i can assure you that mms works just fine inter carrier.. if your are having a problem after a couple days try calling care (the gateways do go down sometimes..) also some of the gateway connections only allow a certain size for mms so try sending something small (vga resolution pictures should go fine) to see if that is your problem...

ALSO can you send mms to tmobile? and what kind of phone do you have?
 
did you port a nuraber?
sometimes the port doesn't go through right and you have to follow up. but i assure you cricket has mms agreements with ALL major carriers (even nextel i thinks) i regularly mms to and from both att and t-mobile. my ex was on verizon but have not mms'd her in a while but i did use to and it worked fine.
 
no my nuraber is an original cricket nuraber. sometimes i get att pics like 12 hours later :) happens from lots of different att people since i used to work there and have lots of frienRAB on that network.
 
I can send MMS to my Cricket phone #, but can't receive MMS sent using #@mms.mycricket.com from my T-Mob Blackberry.

At least it works one way! :clapping:
