Cant get Outlook Custom Ringtones to work

I have 100% of my contacts stored in Outlook on my PC and have sucessfully sync'd with my Samsung Vibrant. The problem is that I cant find where to add a custom ring tone for certain callers. ie: custom ringtone for boss, family, friends, etc. Does anyone know how to do this?

You can add custom ringtones on the phone, but not in Outlook afaik.

For each contact you want a custom ringtone for, view the contact entry in your phone, press the menu button and select options.

Doesnt anyone know of a fix, hack or workaround? This is the very first phone I have had in years that wouldnt allow an Outlook Contact ringtone. There MUST be a fix somehow. Windows Mobile Phones=Yes. iPhone=Yes. BlackBerry=Yes. State of the art Droid=No.

There MUST be a hack or work around? I really want custom ring tones on my outlook contacts. This HAS to be possible isnt it?
