Can't Get Into Sorcer. Garden? RUNESCAPE?

I saw this Q up before, but he's not getting any answers.
I talk to the lady, say all the nice things, and have the quest done.

I get to the point where she is supposed to use her magic on me and teleport me, but all I get is "I'm to busy sweeping etc etc."

Please help this is so freaking annoying!
