cant get flash to work on Ipod Touch?

So i went to youtube and found numerous results about how to get flash player on your ipod touch or iphone. I did exactly what it said and it doesnt work... the site was called ipod.videohamster.com... i was wondering if there was another way of getting it?
 
All of those are scams. They have not made it yet, however there's a rumor about it in 2.3.
