Can't get Epidermx to ball up

I've tried Epidermx on damp skin, wet skin, and dry skin. I can't get anything to ball up. The instructions say to rub for 10-15 seconRAB but I see postings on this message board of people rubbing for 3-5 minutes. I rub until the product has completely absorbed into my skin and all I am left with is a small amount of the granuals. What am I doing wrong? I have Epidermx II. Maybe they changed the product? Or maybe I'm not using enough of the product?
