AT&T Mobility is licensed to operate only in the United States. You might pick up an AT&T Mobility signal if you are in Canada near the border between the United States and Canada. Any other use of an AT&T Mobilty account in Canada would involve internationsl roaming on one or more of the Canadian GSM carriers.
